I work in cognizant for 2+ yrs and my only concern is about the pay slab they fix for freshers is too low compared to market slab. And you have to wait for 1.8 yrs for promotion. Apart from that cognizant is the best place to work and you can gain lot of process knowledge.

10 hrs work policy is a biggest disadvantage. And pay slab for freshers is too low, I will not recommend cognizant for freshers.

...omplete her target but boys are still struggling to achieve 100%of target . If you have any experience in other company you get enough of salary you will get .But you are fresher to this company you can't get valid salary for your work

Good work environment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Proper training was not available. We could learn & work.

Very bad company. I worked thier for 3 years and I was not even given a farewell. I hope you can relate what sort of company it would be.

Job security is there with minimum pay.

Not much recognition and encouragement. Less salary hikes compared to other domains. Review & Rating process is very bad as there is no chance for the employees to express and discuss their points.
