Nothing, meets zero expectations. Made work like hell even during my maternity journey 24 hrs and with pretty worst monetary benefit. There was no work life balance and also I was forced to resign with no other option saying you cannot continue with your old role or team a month back when I was just about to join after ML.

Dislikes

Poor work-life balance, no salary hike, no benefits, no proper ratings, general shift has no timings it is round the clock.

No job security, even though you worked for long period achieved all your targets leads never get satisfied, all they talk every morning is numbers..instead of Hr Job it felt like working in Sales or marketing with targets pressure.

All time fear of job security. For cost cutting they may remove you anytime

Work culture is good and job security is also fine for low grade positions

Dislikes

No respect for the employees who working years for cognizant ..no salary hike or promotion for them .... new joiners salary is far better than that. Management not even worry about the issues raised against the salary.
