As working here is quite good when your manager is cooperative. Though In previous two years work and manager both was good no complaints for them and i worked from home till now and everyone was cool.

Now during current project my so called manager is psycho. Here in cognizant manager also do coding but he is like only I have to do everything and he just wants credit for it. Even to other squads he is like only he is doing work. He oftenly insulted me and two other team mates. I talked with my home manager but no benefit. Only you have to suffer in that scenario.

I have the following offers and confused to choose one. Exp: 6.8 Java backend dev cognizant - 25 lpa (24 fixed) Epam - 28 fixed Citi - 30 fixed If i ask epam with citi offer they will increase their offer, but my question is that worth negotiating with them?
