I have had the opportunity to work with clients, and I appreciate the client positive environment. which makes the work experience enjoyable. However, I feel that there isn’t anything particularly unique about the company itself.

It can be discouraging when hard work doesn't seem to be recognized through career advancement or financial rewards.
