Salary hike were good but getting bad day by day. They're getting short on projects so laying off many people.

Senior associate are always ready to help you out and teach you like a brother or sister and good working environment.

For my process salary is not good but I am doing lot of hard work and putting lot of effort but at the end of month whatever cognizant technology solution is paying it doesn't worth the effort.

My Maiden company.. Good to start off your career in IT.. Job security for a fresher for a maximum of 5yrs can be assured for a moderate performer

Mostly Promotions, hike and mainly salary to freshers should match with current industry standards.

This company does not inform for exact role they are hiring candidates, students who got placed from campus were informed it was software engineer trainee, later on they brought us in customer service desk role. They do not treat all their employees equally, for example let me narrate you a incident, for Christmas celebration all other IT departments recieved goodies and sweets box, even the manager of service desk received goodies, but service desk employees or team members did not recieve anything, which according to me is a unfair, inequality and way to demotivate the employees. Salary amount differs from month to month, example you receive 33k this month,next month you will 36k, again next up coming month 32k, no proper calculation, don't know on what basis salary amount is deducted .

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is abond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the training is not given to new joiners.
