Most things. From salary to no other benefits. Most people don't even have the qualities to become a manager yet they are leading teams. Work life balance is a joke, not because of the company itself but because of the managers here.

Likes

If you have skill required for the project you can stay as long as you want and your manager will always stand for you,

Dislikes

Company not care about their employee now a day, giving very less anual bonus which is around 4% and even promotional increment is also 10%, once you on bench and decline more than three project offer due to night shift or due to location you will get hr show cause mail which may terminate if not provide proper justification, also they did not compensate me for relocation for the project.

Good place to work with lot of opportunities if you have the right skills. They offer decent salary and benefits. Timely appraisals are carried out every year once.

Dislikes

Bench policy is terrible with aging period. Few clients have a limited year contracts therefore you will be on bench after your contract is over with the client.

They are providing different learning program to self learning as well providing trending technologies certification .

Dislikes

Too low salary hike , too much changes in promotion rules and eligibility. Very hard to get promotion at low level also .

...meone hiring for you for some role they will not give assurity for that role. 4.there is pay called variable pay they are giving that pay on the basis of performance if you're having good performance also they will pay you less and give you less appraisal
