I am very happy to work in cognjzant and part of a team that makes really helpful and good. They are supporting very good level In all situations. I would like to tell about the cognjzant basic culture and career growth is very useful in highlevel all the time. Training team mates support. Always good for us.

Workers compensation is good. But my career growth is very slow more than that some times work presure is too high because of supporting many things insides the team. So many hurdles and conducting meetings they are all. My senior team mates like me have to teach many things to put hardword effort which is a hurt sometimes

Cognizant is a good organisation and teach lot of us . This is my first corporate organisation so I learn lots of us .next thing job security compare to other organisation Cognizant is a best company in a job security .

Dislike thing is salary is very low for BPO employes. That’s only minus in cognizant .

No promotion, no salary increments in 2+4 years, managers/TL are use less, never gives Overtime salary as promised no leaves are approved more than 2 days in a month no matter how urgent it is. Also they talk to u as a salves and if u get an opportunity to work somewhere with higher salary they will file a legal action and ask u money

Job security is good here. Your process gets change only if you are unable to perform well in any manager expectations. Skill development totally depends on the team leader but I'm sure everyone can show off or polish their skills here.

...fe balance. HR is so rude when you asks for work from home in serious situation. Salary is too less for the work. Promotions are fixed even if you perform better you only get promoted after a certain time that also depend on your team lead likings.
