If you join cognizant there is no future growth and work life. And there no supporting team, there is no earning like insentive, internet allowance and bonus. If you go to HR for some queries or any problem then they will say, we will get back to you, and after that no response.

As working here is quite good when your manager is cooperative. Though In previous two years work and manager both was good no complaints for them and i worked from home till now and everyone was cool.

Now during current project my so called manager is psycho. Here in cognizant manager also do coding but he is like only I have to do everything and he just wants credit for it. Even to other squads he is like only he is doing work. He oftenly insulted me and two other team mates. I talked with my home manager but no benefit. Only you have to suffer in that scenario.

CTS provides a good work life balance and decent salary. All other things depends on the type of project which you got.

As a fresher you will be getting support projects , so be aware before choosing any project.

The salary is low, promotions take forever, and the work culture isn’t great. It really depends on the project, but overall, it’s not the best experience.
