I love the fact that , there is no micromanagement in my team. Work life is really great for me. When I compare it with my friends who work in any other MNC , I feel better and happy comparing with the things they mention and realize that I am lucky to be here at CTS. Everyone in the leadership are great and friendly, Work-life-balance is given on high priority here which is very nice. Overall , it's 4 or 5 out of 5.
