...e to enhancing skills, align unnecessary courses which is heavy time consuming. Targets are to accomplish managers own goals to get salary hikes and promotions..unnecessary decks to bevoreoared knowing the client dies not talk but the deck ..at all..

... inner capabilities, developing new skills and lots of opportunity for learning. Good compensation and work environment. Friendly support staff and helping team mates will make your work pressure went unnoticed.

Under performers may face bench time, followed by layoff.

Working at cognizant really helps me a lot both in personal and professional way .The work life balance & company culture was good and the allowances they provide apart from the salary was excellent...I really enjoyed my 3 years at Cognizant.

Dislikes

One thing I dislike about these companies are there is no guarantee of job security...they will pick 10/15 employees and moved them to different project within the company (internal movement)..which I think is a part of business but needs to be reviewed....

As working here is quite good when your manager is cooperative. Though In previous two years work and manager both was good no complaints for them and i worked from home till now and everyone was cool.

Dislikes

Now during current project my so called manager is psycho. Here in cognizant manager also do coding but he is like only I have to do everything and he just wants credit for it. Even to other squads he is like only he is doing work. He oftenly insulted me and two other team mates. I talked with my home manager but no benefit. Only you have to suffer in that scenario.

1. salary do not have varaibale component. 2. Co-workers are good.

1. Low job security 2. Forcing people to work from office(ODC) 3. Mostly support projects 4. Very low transparency with poor management 5. Work satisfaction is very average
