Everything… Salary, company culture , appraisal nothing is there… do not even provide relocation charges for company initiated relocations!!! One of the worst place to work

Their talent supply team is useless. When you are on bench, they won't contact you or try to place you in some project. It becomes completely your responsibility to search a project for yourself

Salary & Benefits are poor, Not up to the expectations. No work life balance. 10 hrs working + min 1hrs to max 2hrs travelling for one side, i.e 14hrs approx gone only for company. 10hrs personal life :(

Provides good work environment to grow as a consultant. Leadership team is quite nurturing and will show you the right path at every step so that you evolve and learn more. initially you are required to be working across multiple domains and roles as Data and Business Analyst and in the next couple of years you will bemade part of core consulting engagements depending on your skillset.
