In hand salary. Variable is less. Insane learning opportunities. Onsite opportunities although less still one would get depending on accounts

Appraisal cycle is like a dream. You will never know whether or not it will happen. Onsite opportunities are considerably lower. Medical benefits are not that great but still not that bad as well.

I enjoy working on SAP for long hours and get appreciated by all my managers and Customers, all the time. I have flexibility of working from home till now. I go 1 or 2 days max in a week. The SAP projects are mostly in support .

Dislikes

Very Low Salary is the only reason in my case . WIth SAP certification at expert level and 5 yrs of exp no immediate hope of salary increment and promotion so put down papaer and now serving notice period. HR policy is not aligned to match with market and letting go a critical and solid resource like me.

The culture of the company around a couple of years back

Career growth and salary increments were put on hold for many years especially for mid level managers. Now, they are randomly giving hikes which is another problem.

Get to work on projects for good companies. This gives an overall exposure into some of the biggest businesses around the world

Dislikes

1. Compensation is very poor 2. No work life balance 3. No policy for over-time work 4. No policy for late night shifts 5. No additional benifits 6. No additional gifts / bonuses / cheers points for festivals etc.

In time salary credit and they will provide certificate courses based on your working technology

Work is more and need to work more than 12 hrs per day and if u don't do certification they won't give rating and hike even u perform higher quality in ur project. And need to give sessions to the teams if not they won't give rating
