Excellent performance must be given for 18 months to get promotions. Yearly once we get incentives based on rating system..Nothing to say abt hikes..U have 9hrs of work wir 1hr break...Work environment depends on TL's and how u behave to them. Shift allowance is worst..

... cognizant's learning platform, cab facility, working environment are all good . I was not okay with the salary either. Overall it's was kinda average

No hike, no job security, no skill development, no easy transportation.even if you learn new technologies they will ask for experience and make you work in technology which you already know.if you do "jing jack" you will get everything else you will be cornered and make you to think resigning is best than staying there

Ample of learning opportunities if you are willing to take it. Good work life balance in general. Good culture. Leadership if open to hearing employees issues and support them as possible.

Nothing much, it's average service type company with decent salary. But leaves are good. 30 leaves per year in a service company is really commendable.

1. They hire based on prospective projects, and often the projects don't land. And then they have very limited time on bench, hence job security is an issue. 2. Work from office schedule is very strict, there should be some flexibility. 3. No proper employee benefits such as outings or lunches or parties, all they care about is billing. 4. Little too much of micro-management
