1) No hike, No Promotion despite getting 5/5. 2) Lot's of confusion between different practices, I'm from X practice, working for Y practice and doing work of Z practice (at the end of the day, no recognition from any practice). 3)Additional responsibilities which doesn't reflect in paychecks. 4) Senior Associate reporting to Associate role.

Salaries, hikes and Bonus are worst. No goodies the whole annual year. No Diwali gifts or any incentives. No Cheers points even if you are a top performer. The company has become miser and miser once Ravi joined. It was good when Brian Humphries was CEO.

Eveything is disliked here. They cant do oke thing correct.

Learning skills are good, they have provided lot of courses so that we can learn new skills and upgrade ourselves.

Salary, hike is also not much. being a programmer I am working same as my colleagues who are PA but I am getting paid very less compared to them.

Work culture is great. There is lot of effort & importance given to training & reskilling.

Dislikes

Pay package is not the best but ifs OK. Even after honestly working with your best efforts & good ratings, you will not get promotion unless you really push for it.

If the client is good, Cognizant is good. They offered good salary when hired and when promoted. Udemy and Coursera access for free. Even if we get no work for a month or more, they hold you in the project before releasing you to bench.

Dislikes

When the client is bad, so is Cognizant. Getting release from your manager is tough. All the above factors depends on the clients employees get.
