the culture, ambience and work space is excellent and is very diverse. The salary is also very fair and working as a consultant at this company is really a very good chance and very good opportunity. I really like to work here.

...ia platforms. People who have been working there for long don't have any value.. No Promotions, No Salary corrections... They are just treated as invaluable resources. They hire people from outside with better salaries and humiliate existing old time employees.

Cognizant is a very good company, most I like in Cognizant is work environment. Yeah Cognizant is very helpful in COVID19 situation. They prioritise employees saftly fisrt.

Only the thing is compensation wise I am getting very low, this is not same for all.

Get to work on projects for good companies. This gives an overall exposure into some of the biggest businesses around the world

1. Compensation is very poor 2. No work life balance 3. No policy for over-time work 4. No policy for late night shifts 5. No additional benifits 6. No additional gifts / bonuses / cheers points for festivals etc.

In hand salary. Variable is less. Insane learning opportunities. Onsite opportunities although less still one would get depending on accounts

Dislikes

Appraisal cycle is like a dream. You will never know whether or not it will happen. Onsite opportunities are considerably lower. Medical benefits are not that great but still not that bad as well.
