...ure. Work life balance depends upon the project/manager. Poor appraisal process. No fair compensation for hard working employees. Too much internal politics. Hike only in single digits.

Promotion process is very slow. Too much compensation given to external hires. Instead try to give hikes to eligible associates working in the company.

Management and promotions are based on favaourism and very poor in salary hike and mainly without discussion with employees management gives us performance rating and apart from work there is no other activity today like no outings team lunch and other fun activities

Job security is good here. Your process gets change only if you are unable to perform well in any manager expectations. Skill development totally depends on the team leader but I'm sure everyone can show off or polish their skills here.

...fe balance. HR is so rude when you asks for work from home in serious situation. Salary is too less for the work. Promotions are fixed even if you perform better you only get promoted after a certain time that also depend on your team lead likings.
