Dislikes

The pay is low & in this low pay they ask employees to come to Bangalore. Some project managements are not that good. When asked for sick leave they ask to work after taking 2 hours of rest.

There is no any Sick leave, Casual leave , if you have any urgency then your leave Will not approved, if you are getting sick like fever ,cold and other things then you have to share doctor prescription afterthat they said please do half time and also there's no any Indian holiday and no any client Holiday, if you need any planned leave then you have to inform before a month and afterthat your leave will not be approved as you want and also very less salary for graduate trainee. One very intresting thing, Graduate Trainee and Engineer Trainee doing same work but Engineer trainee is getting double salary as compare to Graduate Trainee ,About shift you need to work after your shift not any exact time your log off time will be fixed but after log off you need to work because the work will assign before a minute of log off

...ng by other's, request for overtime but never approves the compensation request. Even though the company provides all the compensation benefits they wouldn't let us claim it. Even the manager tried to flirt with every women joined in that project.

I was intern in cognizant from jan to may and even after WFH they have given the salary. My friends who are not in the cognizant,they were not given salary. Team members and manager are co-operative.

Job security is good here. Your process gets change only if you are unable to perform well in any manager expectations. Skill development totally depends on the team leader but I'm sure everyone can show off or polish their skills here.

...fe balance. HR is so rude when you asks for work from home in serious situation. Salary is too less for the work. Promotions are fixed even if you perform better you only get promoted after a certain time that also depend on your team lead likings.
