This is a complete package of a reputable organization where I personally get each and every aspects in terms of job security, work environment, facilities for the employees and other hospitality. There is no hierarchy in the organization, all are as a team members and every employee's get the values for what they deserve. Completely soothing and reliable to work. Really really appreciated.

Dislikes

As of now I don't get much about what I don't like, but one thing I personally experienced that growth is quite slow here that may be because I'm not skillful for the right designation.

Cognizant is a world wide company and ranked on top but when it's come to employee discussions not a good one because I was a employee over there for more than 2 years, what I got I'm explaining, firstly no grantee about job when ever you will be out, security any how good but culture you have to manage, management totally dugf, company policies what they want they will launch, and the most important thing no value of a person who are working over there.

Firstly I like cognizant because it's top ranked organization, but in terms of working pressure ,management, salary I totally dislike it.

...lly cares for its employees in terms of Employee Assistance and Health Measures. Salary will be competitive for Freshers. Promotions, Hikes, Incentives, Bonus etc are completely depend on your Individual Performance and Ratings. In terms of Benefits, It completely Depends on the Domain and Client. I don't see any dominations by Managers or HRs. Cognizant really respects your Efforts and Performance. So overall if you are really a Enthusiastic and Highly Motivated Individual you can really achieve growth and success. My Personal Opinion : If you are looking for a Service Based Company please be clear about your interests and domain. There will be whole lot of domains. Please choose for which particular domain you are interested in and work accordingly, Don't fall into random domains in which you are not interested in or don't have necessary skills because you can never grow.

The Supervision and Job Security should be made better.

Work from home make it easy to do morning chores. Hundred percent job security. Working at night shift make it easier to do my other task smoothly in the morning

I have been working in this for the past 2 years and have not received any promotion & no salary hike Other wise all going good

Talking about job security, project leads provide enough training until we are completely thorough with the process .

Dislikes

...n completing their targets , we are often forced to put in a helpless situation. Lot of politics inside and management doesn't address our issues ,decent salary but career growth is very slow
