Compensation is a negative thing that I say about this company they should increase annual compensation so that outsiders may have interest to enter this company

I like everything in My Office and I learnt so much from Prokarma,their is very good security for Girls and Good unity in Team.

The work pressure is low and also the growth..and due to low salary am searching a new job But still I Like Prokarma...Just for High salary and growth am searching a New job...so this is not dislike This is actually about my Growth

It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

Everything is fine, weather it is office management, work culture, ambience career etc

Just salary is little bit low other wise best place to start a career if you have good communication skills. I wish if they will open their new office in Jamshedpur also. Because I can't relocate as my son is too young

It is good that, there are some different type of process with opportunities for many people and salary come on time. It is a good place to start career in MNC BPO.

Dislikes

Transport facility is not so good, also some processes are with too much work pressure and don't celebrate indian festival, not even decorate own floor. No any fun activities or benefits on special occasions. Also office politics is also there.
