Very notorious for putting people on bench. I was training the employees of two clients for 3 months and had successfully improved their performance, but when the time came for me to show my work to the management, they said that both the clients were not a part of the service line. All my efforts were a waste. No recognition at all. Nothing! A month later they put me on bench because they did not have any projects for me. Once you are on bench, you are just supposed to go to office on your own money (no cab facility), and mark your attendance and do nothing. THIS IS THE STORY OF MANY PEOPLE WHO HAD BEEN PUT ON BENCH.

The salary and the hybrid model of work

The 10 hour work day, the 3 month long notice period. Resource allocation to projects is completely opaque and there is no logical methodology to it - no skill mapping, no background match, nothing of the sort.. completely random and rather moronic system of project allocation.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not giving to new joinees.

Job security is good here. Your process gets change only if you are unable to perform well in any manager expectations. Skill development totally depends on the team leader but I'm sure everyone can show off or polish their skills here.

...fe balance. HR is so rude when you asks for work from home in serious situation. Salary is too less for the work. Promotions are fixed even if you perform better you only get promoted after a certain time that also depend on your team lead likings.

Management will not care about your problems. Salary is low compared to competitors. They'll change your project at September and for year end rating they'll simply say we haven't got chance to fully understand your capabilities as you've recently joined in the project. Every year this loop continues. No matter how hard you work or how many appreciations you get from client. "The more number of days you're in the same LOB, the more rating you'll get." (This is the excuse I've got when I questioned about the rating, despite having multiple client appreciations). This demotivates for sure!
