No stability in a single team or project, just targeted for current half year. Later on employee will be released out of project and other projects team leader or manager contacts for vacancy in their team.

...totally depends of the Project(s)/the manager you get assigned to. That said: 1. The salary comes on time 2. The Helpline system is good for any doubts or queries 3. The induction training is good ( for experienced or Freshers ) 4. The Compensation. well it totally depends on your skillset and how much you were earning before applying here

Stability is good. Though in the ongoing global recession, many of my co-workers had to leave projects because of project ramp down and did not get any other projects. Instead of recruiting employees from bench in other projects they are hiring more from people outside.

Dislikes

Appraisal is bad. So joining with low salary does not help much in the long run, better to switch.

Long term projects but mainly support projects. Flexible work timings On time salary and some increment every year Scope to show case your skills

Every time you have search for the projects once your current project ramp down

They offer competitive salary package. That’s all.

Dislikes

There’s no job satisfaction or personal growth. Enough toxic people up there in the management. So don’t expect any support. It’s all about billing. Also you need to complete a ton of courses and most of them are irrelevant or obsolete, so it just eat your valuable time. Most of the time we have to spend our personal time to do all these since there will be project deadlines.
