1. Management is really bad, there is regional preference. 2. Management is mostly very toxic. 3. Middle tier management is really bad.

It was my first company so here i have learned lot of things by my seniors team leaders and manager, all are supported me while I'm in training period so totally it was a great experience here.

Need to improve the appraisal and salary hike.

Working at cognizant Technology Solutions for almost an year I have a had very good experience and the things I liked are the job security and working environment which is facilitated by very supported peers and management.

The thing I disliked are the salary and employee benefit programs are very low
