Salary hike, Flexible time. Clients are really nice and appreciate efforts.

Dislikes

Mumbai Powai infrastructure is bad. No much opportunities are given in terms of experimenting roles with further responsibilities, limited projects. No proper KT is given to newly joined resource. Management hardly appreciate efforts taken by ground level staff..who actually put their everything to deliver something successfully. :( Zero motivation.

Work-life balance (Although it depends on project to project) Good work culture and friendly team.

1. Salary 2. Scope to learn and apply it in project. CTS provides access to Udemy where we can enroll into courses as much as we want, but our team faced lack of opportunities to apply them in project.

It is good for beginners, avoid going into support project as they will make you work even on your sick days off. And HR wont help in this case either.

Dislikes

..., you will have to look for another one on your own , else they will remove you. Used to pay fairly but is now as good as literally any other company like TCS, Infosys in terms of both work quality and compensation. No real way to move vertically based on merit unlike TCS.

...ith. But I should say it also purely depends on the team which we have put into. The salary is higher for freshers and lateral compared to other companies.

We cannot expect good ratings and promotion even if we deserve it. As they ask you to work 10 hrs continuously, you will not have time to develop your skills.

No salary issues and if you get proper project and colleague your are good to go. Every 6 months there is a skill up process you can utilise to improve your self.

Dislikes

PM not having technical knowledge and worst experience in support project . Talent management team not having proper tacking they didn't care about your skills match with your project. Hike is also low always 3 ratings for support projects. There is no straight point of contact to enquire anything. Cognizant not tracking if you are extending time in your client projects it's depends on your project and higher level.
