Despite the fact that cognizant is not directly involved, the management team is the worst because I had a bad rating once and spoke with my HR about it. She said that it was illogical to claim to be able to speak Hindi, and they do not care about employees. While some employees are excellent, favoritism is a non-issue in the Kolkata office. I will not receive any better senior support that would help me start from scratch.

CTS provides a good work life balance and decent salary. All other things depends on the type of project which you got.

I have had the opportunity to work with clients, and I appreciate the client positive environment. which makes the work experience enjoyable. However, I feel that there isn’t anything particularly unique about the company itself.

It can be discouraging when hard work doesn't seem to be recognized through career advancement or financial rewards. I believe that addressing these aspects could greatly enhance employee satisfaction and motivation.
