I struggled to find anything positlve about my experience. From the lack of supportive leadership to non-cooperative work culture, every aspect was disappointing. There was no transparency, poor communication, and a complete lack of recognition for efforts.

Dislikes

I am highly disappointed with the culture. Senior members like VP, solution architect and BA were consistetnly non-cooperative throughout my time there. Despite my efforts to collaborate and contribute, there was little to no support or open communication from leadership. What made the experience even worse ws the lack of transparency. I experienced a lack of recognition for my work contributions. On multiple occassions, work that was completed by me was credited to my reporting manager without acknoledgement my contribution. I would not recommend working here.

Good place to learn and grow. Team HR and management support growth and fun. Evening snacks are provided by the company

Dislikes

The company policies are backward.. they have 12 leaves a year and max 18 leaves for only ppl.with 5 + experience. Working on weekends is a normal thing.

Since day one, no senior employees has tried to belittle me. The work culture is also very good. I am allowed to take breaks to rest before resuming my work.

One thing I like the most about our organization is that, no senior employee has tried to belittle me. Cogitate also organizes various events which greatly benefit employees. Easy to meet Work-Life Balance.
