when i was selected for this job they told me about the work and they said there is no target . But when i work as a agent they give us target . A daily base target. It was ok not a big deal. But some times they put too much pressure to complete the target . They said you can't go home because you didn't complete the target . And it happened many time . And some time when we not complete target . Some of them go personal which i faced many times. I Don't think it's right because in the starting they told me that it was not a target based job . But things are apposite there . And many times they Don't gave us incentive they saying us you are not in the list .but when I check the list they were so many names for incentive but they don't gave us . So these kind of things I faced there many times . Which I Don't like about there other wise it was a good experience with cogent

It was a good experience working here. The work was right and the management too. The company's policy can be better, that's all.

Most of all, punctuality bothers a lot. There is a salary cut on everything, not everyone likes it.

This is a company which has a muti tiered scam system. During the interview process, I cleared my salary expectations in the very start, they made me go through 4 rounds of interview ( each 1.5 hours), then manipulated me to submit my documents before even releasing the offer letter by telling me that is how the offer letter will be released, then after 2 days, they happened to offer the salary which was even lesser than my current CTC. If they don’t have the budget, they should tell candidates upfront. There is no exception for late punch-in (even a sec late isn’t exempted) and they will mark as half day for each day a person is late. No proper hierarchy. Bad and dirty politics.

There is no work-life balance in this company, the managers just ask you to work on your week-offs. They're always boasting about the promotions which only happens when there is a shortage in their staff, and when they do give promotions, it's only for the bootlickers. I've known a lot of colleagues there that have shown exceptional skills and deserve to get a promotion but they never got it. The company culture is so toxic that I've seen 3 managers leave this job in a total span of 1 year. By the way, the job description of this "Customer Satisfaction" company says upselling but this job is ONLY focussed on sales.
