This is a company which has a muti tiered scam system. During the interview process, I cleared my salary expectations in the very start, they made me go through 4 rounds of interview ( each 1.5 hours), then manipulated me to submit my documents before even releasing the offer letter by telling me that is how the offer letter will be released, then after 2 days, they happened to offer the salary which was even lesser than my current CTC. If they don’t have the budget, they should tell candidates upfront. There is no exception for late punch-in (even a sec late isn’t exempted) and they will mark as half day for each day a person is late. No proper hierarchy. Bad and dirty politics.

My overall experience here was good,some good points are you will get best industry pay here. Great opportunity for performers to get promotion easily. Training before actual work was great. Some bad points are office politics,you can't really confident who are your friends and who are not. No company culture. Internal management are not good enough. Your job security are totally in the hand of your senior and quality analyst.
