This is a company which has a muti tiered scam system. During the interview process, I cleared my salary expectations in the very start, they made me go through 4 rounds of interview ( each 1.5 hours), then manipulated me to submit my documents before even releasing the offer letter by telling me that is how the offer letter will be released, then after 2 days, they happened to offer the salary which was even lesser than my current CTC. If they don’t have the budget, they should tell candidates upfront. There is no exception for late punch-in (even a sec late isn’t exempted) and they will mark as half day for each day a person is late. No proper hierarchy. Bad and dirty politics.

Everything there is no increment no festival celebration they have only 7 holiday that also they didn't give employee have to work on holiday also and there is huge issue in there attendance

...ortunitys to freshers and experienced both and work place is good and they give promotion to high post but salary is not increasing same salary will be continued that's the big issue in this company but work area and co-workers are good.

Cogent is customer service and my process was volts. If customer want repairing his product and they are waiting for long times in this condition I will send our technician on urgent basis for example- Air cooler,Air conditioner,Water dispenser,exc. and I will talk to customer very politely in this condition because they are our customer and I will satisfy them.
