Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

A growing organization in terms of numbers. And multiple locations.

Dislikes

When it comes to employe perspective the organisation lacks basics. Salary is credited on 15 th of the month. No personal and professional work life balance. Work satisfaction and culture is a beginer level workshop.

If honestly speek, for fresher the can gain experience and improve their skill although nothing good in this company.

...ch client involvement don't respect their employee behave with them as animal...do scam with their employee with their salary, try to deduct salary if they late for a second also if companies system, like(desktop, earphone or any other device is not working) and due the reason if you short your login hour for a second they will deduct salary,there is not any incentive plans, also asking for work on week of without pay( they will say you that you will be paid for it but at the time you will not get the amount and they will point out on you that there is your mistake) not any promotion so much toxic environment that was my nightmare in cogent E-Services.

This is a company which has a muti tiered scam system. During the interview process, I cleared my salary expectations in the very start, they made me go through 4 rounds of interview ( each 1.5 hours), then manipulated me to submit my documents before even releasing the offer letter by telling me that is how the offer letter will be released, then after 2 days, they happened to offer the salary which was even lesser than my current CTC. If they don’t have the budget, they should tell candidates upfront. There is no exception for late punch-in (even a sec late isn’t exempted) and they will mark as half day for each day a person is late. No proper hierarchy. Bad and dirty politics.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance in this company, the managers just ask you to work on your week-offs. They're always boasting about the promotions which only happens when there is a shortage in their staff, and when they do give promotions, it's only for the bootlickers. I've known a lot of colleagues there that have shown exceptional skills and deserve to get a promotion but they never got it. The company culture is so toxic that I've seen 3 managers leave this job in a total span of 1 year. By the way, the job description of this "Customer Satisfaction" company says upselling but this job is ONLY focussed on sales.
