I like the way they provide IJP for internally promotions.

...be a general manager, he should think from a leader perspective not like a boss. Sometimes he reacts like he is only providing the salary to the advisor.
...ortunitys to freshers and experienced both and work place is good and they give promotion to high post but salary is not increasing same salary will be continued that's the big issue in this company but work area and co-workers are good.
The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I was part of a team markets reliable, high -quality products and has a global client base.
There is nothing to like about working here other than the few people in our team that are supporting towards us.
Dislikes
- They do not give work from home in case of any emergency or accident even for a day
- No formal salary slip format is followed thy just provide a salary certificate which is not valid for any government procedures
- No Appraisal letter is given it is all just a verbal process and even not defined when the appraisal will come
- No annual bonus / festival celebration/party anything
-Management staff is very rude
Cogent is the worst company I've ever seen.
No motivating work culture.
Senior managers keep abusing their juniors in front of every one on the floor, junior managers do the same with thier under working and same with things ends up with executive who is only to listen and face consequences in terms of salary deductions, un-timed week offs , no leaves when u in need, marking half days without any cause etc.
First cogent say they are hiring you for inbound voice calls, then during training they will start saying that you have to do up-sale the products also and after training they will give you targets of sale. And if you hit the target some how,their eyes is on finding a minor single mistake in order to deduct money.
Hence horrible company.
No mental/professional satisfaction here.
Provide salary 10days late.
10 days late salary every month.
Work culture very demotivating.
Sales target oriented job.
Initially they will say that it is inbound voice calls only but time by time they will keep adding sales target.
