There is nothing to like about working here other than the few people in our team that are supporting towards us.

Dislikes

- They do not give work from home in case of any emergency or accident even for a day - No formal salary slip format is followed thy just provide a salary certificate which is not valid for any government procedures - No Appraisal letter is given it is all just a verbal process and even not defined when the appraisal will come - No annual bonus / festival celebration/party anything -Management staff is very rude

There is no hike after 1 year spending time with this company.except 2,3 Team leader all other tl are worst.and new tl are acting as a manager .and in interview hr said no sales pressure but on floor they concentrates on 90% sales and 10 % service only

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria.

Dislikes

Company policies are not so good, appraisals are not fair and they are not given good salary hike and bonus.

Working with cogent for past 8 months and prior to rhis arrangement worked with them for 4 months still they did not provide benefits they promised 3 years ago. They started PF facility past month.

Dislikes

...ion for the leave and afterwards they do not marked as leave or consider as one. It will be deducted fro your salary. Not hygienic we get one toilet paper roll per day (Not per employee) and when asked to housekeeping staff the reason they say as per management they are working.
