...aff everyone is nice there and got a lot experience and learnt many things here. Also, they are crediting the salary on time and correct salary, no issues in Salary. So, in overall it's a nice company.

There is ugly system if you catch in those system then your salary will be deducted and if talk about to tk or manager then they will not take any responsibility while you have done your job. Like my shift was 9:30 pm to 6:30 am. No one has informed me shift was changed 10:00pm to 7:00am but in his system not showing 9 hours hence they marked half days while I worked my job and when I talked to tl they said that it can not be correct this is your mistake your amount will be deducted. So i left that job because it was done with me many time.

Getting into Cogent is much easier compared to another companies.

...le working environment and special mention to the biometric & Cogent login page. They will deduct salary for sure in every month.

Work environment is very nice Salary is received on time. If you have any issue then support is staff is always there for your help, also when you have completed 1 year with good performance they are giving you promotion for future growth with 10-12% increament.

Attendance issue if you have punch out before punching time they will mark half-day no one can do your help in that situation

We can get average salary but not hike in salary

This company has poor management.they will not talk about customer service they will only force for sales.there is no celebrations on festival like other company.
