salary comes in time. This is the only good thing in this company.

Dislikes

Feel like we working in the school. Doing very partiality between the associates. No salary hike, bonus, PF, insentive after doing very good and well job under pressure. They will ask for doing work in holiday also. No sick leaves. We need to give proof if we are taking 1 day sick leave or imergency leave. Management is worst. No system availablity.

Environment is ok.

Cafeteria is very small not upto mark with no good menu. Salary date is pathetic it's 15 n evn if their is two holiday between 1-15 thn directly salary gets hold like seriously it's the most pathetic idea. Already salary date is in between n whn you do this,thn it's soo freaking headache for us n family too. During lockdown from may starting we came anyhow though it was lockdown n some people didn't come and so we got salary full but the people who didn't came at all in the month they too got the whole salary thn i dont think their was a use to taking risk n coming, because when we received the salary hr manager told you are precious that you came in this situation n you must get some reward and we are thinking about this but i think that's thing was just to say nthn more...

This is a company which has a muti tiered scam system. During the interview process, I cleared my salary expectations in the very start, they made me go through 4 rounds of interview ( each 1.5 hours), then manipulated me to submit my documents before even releasing the offer letter by telling me that is how the offer letter will be released, then after 2 days, they happened to offer the salary which was even lesser than my current CTC. If they don’t have the budget, they should tell candidates upfront. There is no exception for late punch-in (even a sec late isn’t exempted) and they will mark as half day for each day a person is late. No proper hierarchy. Bad and dirty politics.
