Salary problem from senior people not trying for increase salary he want to that how I cut the salary every month less salary already salary package is very very week .

This company is very good for the freshers because learning environment is very good. For local Bareilly people this is the place where they can find the job easily and can buid the professional craeer.

Salary increament is not as per the designation. Few policies are also not good. But overall the company is good

Salary is very low and this is big reason for left company. In this company not given any gift on the fastival. very low insentive.

In the cogent e services you are work doing work like a labour and they won't pay to acoording to work. In here many people are dissatisfied.

The culture of work in the cogent Bareilly the Team leader has good bt in the security guard are offensive.they are not allowed to charge mobile phones on the cfitarea. Worst mistake of my life is joining cogent.
