This is a company which has a muti tiered scam system. During the interview process, I cleared my salary expectations in the very start, they made me go through 4 rounds of interview ( each 1.5 hours), then manipulated me to submit my documents before even releasing the offer letter by telling me that is how the offer letter will be released, then after 2 days, they happened to offer the salary which was even lesser than my current CTC. If they don’t have the budget, they should tell candidates upfront. There is no exception for late punch-in (even a sec late isn’t exempted) and they will mark as half day for each day a person is late. No proper hierarchy. Bad and dirty politics.

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a 1 month resignation period.

I had worked1/2 years there there no support nothing is there even my full salary also not received nothing is there.........I had very worst experience ...........I'm the top performer nd as well I had provided good service also but all waste only sales pressure........if any escalation came no one will support

Average opportunity for Learning. Salary around 15th of every months on timely manner.

Dislikes

Lot of politics from junior to senior level. No work culture. Many unskilled people in Team Leaders, Asst. Manager and upper level. H.R always supports Seniors and never listen to the junior employees. Hard to get your own leaves even in genuine reasons.
