Comapany is good. Providing all eminities to their employs and help them in their work. But the upper management is really bad i reaally got shocked to see that even a person did not know about the work process became TL as well as AM. No rules and regulations they always pressures alot with giving mental tension. HR and their policies are worst they always exploits employees for their salaries and for any type of bonus or night allowance. Transport that I have seen is one of the worst transport drivers are uneducated and very much cruel type always do what they want to do. That always waste your 2 to 3 hours after office going to home but if their is office hours they can't stand for 2 min at it stand. If they were late then it's ok if I r waiting then it's ok but they can't wait for you. People's from NIIT technologies they never talked about any updates in software related to their work process they only talked about their error ( oh you get external error ) managers are also worst they did not treat you as their employees they never help you in any regards and if you got any error they started scolding you infront of all employees. One of the worst place I have ever worked.

... is was good. Coligues were supportive and helpful, again depends on your team. Initial pay(when you join) will be good compared to other services based companies.

There are too many things, I'll just point out few. Organization just cares about your billing to client and doesn't even care if you exist or not. No hikes after you join, only band 1 (excellent performer) resources would get it that to not too much it would be 3 to 4 percent. You never get a reply on your queries from higher management. Only mail you will get from then is when you doing fill time sheet as it's directly effects it's billing. Projects are too volatile any time project may get shut due to client funding issue. Job security is also not that much as you will be asked to resign if you are on bench for long time. Overall I don't recommend this company keep it as your last option.

HR's are worst fellows, weekend works, no perks, basic pay of salaries are very less, reductions in variable pay, lot of politics. The events which are conducted will be in a worst way, they wont even provide atleast good food at that times.

Projects are good as they have quite good clients working with top notch cloud & tech infrastructure leveraging multiple programming languages, frameworks and sophisticated tools. There is good enough learning opportunities if one is an entry to mid level resource, but that stagnates once you are in the project for a long duration. If you ask for Growth they will assign you more of similar sort of work without feeling the need to take care of your finances.

... hours Prodution support shifts way too often to disrupt your work life balance. Last year with the top rating, I was given a meager 3K hike on my monthly salary i.e. less than 0.5%. During yearly promotion cycle, they forget all the work and client appreciations and keep talking about normalization. Their office infrastructure is also getting very poor. When I joined in Gurgaon couple of years back, they had a twin tower office complex, recently they shifted to taking just 3 floors in a co-working space building which lacks the basic amenities an IT firm should have. Their head office in Noida is good but down in the outskirts.
