Career manager is now introduced who is responsible for your career goals and appraisal, but they have randomly assigned career managers who are not even matching your skills and even not interested on your career

...led career manager, not your manager) who has not interacted with you even once.
- Variable pay: company will find x y z reasons to deny or pay only a minute part of the variable pay, no matter how hard team has worked, or how much on-time deliveries were achieved.
- : after your project ends due to bad management, instead of allocating you to a new project or aligning you with existing opportunities, HR will call you and ask you to resign on your own initiative.
Office is good but location is very outside of city. They provide cab service, food quality is good, gym, swimming pool, playing area, cradle facility is there.
Cost cutting is extending it's threshold. 2 years back this company had good values but now they are changing every policy. They can change their policy whenever they want. Even company is in profit, they never released any variable , and even changed its policy after the financial year is over.
Other policies such as night shift allowance, cab facilities and pantry services are degraded considerably.
Promotions and appraisal process has gone worse.
I dont like anything about this company earlier they used to give some perks like, complementary day off with 3k on birthday or anniversary, free cab service, 5k for travel etc but now they are not giving anything.
The list is endless
1. Micromanagement- If you have any issues with your salary or work that you are doing you have to go through several phases like hr , manager, delivery manager etc
2. No perks
3. This time increment was pathetic along with VC. If you are fresher in any field *BEWARE* dont come here even if you didnt get any placement try somewhere else.
They will not give you any promotion they will just give you training and involve you in support role project where your learning will be 0 because they want mules not employees.
After that at the time of promotion or salary increment they will give you just peanuts.
So my humble request to freshers please dont come here instead be smart, spend 1-2 years in startup or any valuable company then come here because they give competitive salary for any switiching employee rather than those employees who were loyal to them for 2-3 years. What a culture!!!!¡!!
