Company culture, learning, salary are good. Cloud migration projects are lined up. Work life balane is good except for enforced project timelines.

Dislikes

Tech stack may need to shift as per higher level directions. May get difficult if you are not exposed much to quick development/debugging modes. Additional work allowances are very bad. Promotions will be for excelled people only.

Nothing, and I have worked for 3 companies, in 5.5 years including a big MNC and a very small company. Coforge is the worst in my experience. And I agree with all the negative feedbacks I have seen here by other people and I have actually experienced the same. Poor management, poor treatment of employees, pathetic HRs. Projects are not planned, they just pretend to do a lot of planning, which never works for them and they end up losing the client or firing the employees.

.... Working on weekends and after working hours is said to be the employee's duty. And it's not awarded, no extra pay, no comp offs
