They are paying very less salary to employees. Removing old employees and hiring new or less salary employee in that places as they have lack of projects and all are low budget projects. They are puts psychological pressure on the employees.

Pay scale is very less when compared to other companies. Absolutely no job security. Even if you do things right and your manger dislikes you. Next day he can terminate you even without giving notice or compensation.

Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. Lot… lot… lot..of things dislike

Everything right from onboarding to exit . Such a blady useless management and have no idea and budgets . When hired don’t have next steps what to do .. full of politics and blame game . Based on some Feedback they stick to it .. as if they are very Mr. Prefect . Full of micromanaging
