Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. Salary on time, Every last working day of month you will receive your salary. As I have joined retainer don't have touch with company all the time spend in Client site.
