Only when i started working with Niit .I thought its a big company but nothing is good about this company.

Dislikes

...company. This company pay u less but work like slave on your weekend days also. Deduct salary not completing targets.Managers are hell and not supportive when asked for one day leave.Extereme level of torture on employees.Make you out of your company by doing politics and as big involvement of hr involved. For Vendor pay role employees no growth opportunity is this.Worst company seen in my life.

... reasonable increments after all waiting for entire year post ACE evaluation. 2.More act ive HR initiations /HR processes are required along with supporting on employee salary concerns which is average now. 3.we should get more onsite opportunities for PM and above roles which is having less scope here

...tion. Any concerns we can go directly and talk to the HR or higher officials. Compensation can be increased. The only thing is Managers should make use of every individual employee's knowledge and strength. There is generally a biased mind that certain tasks can be done only by a specific employee. So the same person gets more opportunity and others don't. Hence the employee who doesn't get opportunity gets demotivated.

HR's are worst fellows, weekend works, no perks, basic pay of salaries are very less, reductions in variable pay, lot of politics. The events which are conducted will be in a worst way, they wont even provide atleast good food at that times.
