I have nothing to say about this company.As this company. Teammates are supportive.

Very bad work environment and work culture. In this time they are deducting our salary for since April till present july2020. No appraisal has been given. We have the variable compensation ,that is also deducted till 75 Percent. Company do not think about employees they just want that work should b done and client should be happy.They don't bother about employees. Never motivated for the work always tried to fear you that we have ur alternatives,of work is not done on given timeline. Policies are very bad,even at the time of joining u will be directly thrown to the project and no induction. From the day first they will try to overburden u.

Initial pay is good.

Don't join if you have not done client round with coforge, or else they will spoil your career , and when you are in bench(Resource Pool) no one will care, you have to initiate with higher management for project opportunities but its hard to get reply from them. They don't have much client apart from sabre. Keep this offer has a last option , No proper pantry in Bhartiya city location.

Projects are good as they have quite good clients working with top notch cloud & tech infrastructure leveraging multiple programming languages, frameworks and sophisticated tools. There is good enough learning opportunities if one is an entry to mid level resource, but that stagnates once you are in the project for a long duration. If you ask for Growth they will assign you more of similar sort of work without feeling the need to take care of your finances.

Dislikes

... hours Prodution support shifts way too often to disrupt your work life balance. Last year with the top rating, I was given a meager 3K hike on my monthly salary i.e. less than 0.5%. During yearly promotion cycle, they forget all the work and client appreciations and keep talking about normalization. Their office infrastructure is also getting very poor. When I joined in Gurgaon couple of years back, they had a twin tower office complex, recently they shifted to taking just 3 floors in a co-working space building which lacks the basic amenities an IT firm should have. Their head office in Noida is good but down in the outskirts.

Paid Cab which was earlier paid by company only. Company is located is far remote area and suddwn policy change to pay for cab. Even you take cab foe a day in month you have to pay for full month. VC A+ rated people get 30-35% of VC payment. No take break policy, no Bday Anniversary benifit. All withdrawn by company. Many more

Dislikes

Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. Lot… lot… lot..of things dislike
