Nothing , only the pay structure they showed it was good .

Dislikes

Everything right from onboarding to exit . Such a blady useless management and have no idea and budgets . When hired don’t have next steps what to do .. full of politics and blame game . Based on some Feedback they stick to it .. as if they are very Mr. Prefect . Full of micromanaging

They will hire you with good package after 4 months they will just call you and say project got wrap up. And for same position they will hire other person on less package. Worst organization and their clients are also Worst.

Salary. That too if they are in need. If project is completed then you will be in continuous fear of being lay off

Dislikes

Micro management, no flexibility (forcing for 5 days a week). No good project, Management is not good specially the managers

Company culture, learning, salary are good. Cloud migration projects are lined up. Work life balane is good except for enforced project timelines.

Dislikes

Tech stack may need to shift as per higher level directions. May get difficult if you are not exposed much to quick development/debugging modes. Additional work allowances are very bad. Promotions will be for excelled people only.
