It's not my personal grudge as everyone in the organisation is pissed off As they have started charging cabs Started dedication in variable component which is part of our own salary Stopped giving birthday and anniversary allowances Working from office 3 days a week is very mandatory - even if you are in hospital. Allowance are deducted according to managers and team lead will 8 hours mandatory login shift for allowance Area is far end in greater Noida that there is nothing Canteen food is pathetic - one time meal is free but pathetic Gym and pool is there but within my 2 years journey I have never got the chance to even see them - don't even know if they are paid of free!! No growth opportunity in last you have to leave only WORST IS 90 DAYS NOTICE PERIOD NEVER JOIN

I dont like anything about this company earlier they used to give some perks like, complementary day off with 3k on birthday or anniversary, free cab service, 5k for travel etc but now they are not giving anything.

The list is endless 1. Micromanagement- If you have any issues with your salary or work that you are doing you have to go through several phases like hr , manager, delivery manager etc 2. No perks 3. This time increment was pathetic along with VC. If you are fresher in any field *BEWARE* dont come here even if you didnt get any placement try somewhere else. They will not give you any promotion they will just give you training and involve you in support role project where your learning will be 0 because they want mules not employees. After that at the time of promotion or salary increment they will give you just peanuts. So my humble request to freshers please dont come here instead be smart, spend 1-2 years in startup or any valuable company then come here because they give competitive salary for any switiching employee rather than those employees who were loyal to them for 2-3 years. What a culture!!!!¡!!

-Teammates are very supportive. -Work life balance -Your seniors will always be there to help you out if you're stuck anywhere in your work. -Friendly environment. - Safety for female employees. - Food availability Many pros in regards to internal team.

Dislikes

...t- worst(even if your manager appreciates you, they will not give promotions)! Salary hike- worst, if you're staying too long(even an A+ will not ensure a good salary hike). - Underpaid - Mediclaim policies are disaster, don't opt for it, else you wont be able to opt out(no option to do so unless you leave the company ). Many cons related to management. Only one word can define that- pathetic!

...t company culture, idiotic management. No respect for any colleagues. No growth. Loads and loads of works which pays nothing but salary only. No appreciation, which is reserved only for favorites.

Very good company learnt a lot hare. Work life balance is great. And they provide many benefits i would love to join again

They provide experience based salary it would be great if they provide hike on knowledge too as they it self have great platform to learn more so employees will be spent a long realation.
