I liked to interact with my students, learnt a lot of things from them as well. Being at home apart from doing job was great thing to do. It maintained my work life balance as well. I learnt discipline in working with the company.

...liked about the pay which I was getting according to the work which I was doing. When someone try to give 100% to your organisation, then you should appreciate that with great salary and job satisfaction as well.

Since the working hours is high, if you get into the job after accepting all their conditions, no one will take you off from the job. So you have job security. You can learn more technical wise. You can find good programming languages study material which will be helpful. NIIT is having many franchise centres. Direct centre are less.

Dislikes

...work on week ends. Your career growth depends on your Team lead and Centre head. You will paid good in NIIT direct centre, in franchise's the salary is low. The work pressure is high.

Good place to work. Enhances your skills since we have experts in every discipline who have immense knowledge. Need to use this opportunity to interact with experts and gain knowledge during our stay at NIIT. Good especially for ladies since work/life balance is good.

...tion. Any concerns we can go directly and talk to the HR or higher officials. Compensation can be increased. The only thing is Managers should make use of every individual employee's knowledge and strength. There is generally a biased mind that certain tasks can be done only by a specific employee. So the same person gets more opportunity and others don't. Hence the employee who doesn't get opportunity gets demotivated.

... , so much politics between higher ups , so much discrepancy between increments. For eg - If you and your colleague have same salary and you both get same grade in increment cycle then you might get increment of 5K and your colleague might get increment of 2 Lac ( and yes you read it rite , it happened in this increment cycle ). They will also ask you to work on weekends without any pay.

The only good thing (which turns out to be bad later) is they did the whole interview, offer release and onboarding process really fast

...ompletely wasted. And this has always been their pattern. Worst company to join. Better go for something with less package than joining here.
