I joined the company when it was a small team of just 6-7 people and it's been incredible to witness and contribute to the company's growth to a team of around 30+ people now. Being part of this growth journey has been very rewarding and I have learned so much. The work culture is dynamic, we have team members from different parts of India, and most of them are young and energetic, so there are not many dull days. Everyone brings new things to the table and the working environment is nice. The company is very unique in a place like Goa, where you do not find HQ's of upcoming F&B brands.

While every job has its share of happy and unhappy days, I tend to look at the overall picture. Sometimes the high energy, quick decisions, and rapid growth rate can be demanding, but I see it as an opportunity to grow and we have fun days that balance it out. This combination is what makes working here exciting and rewarding.

I have joined this company in the year 2021 and this is my first FMCG company. I have learned quite a new things. Team is good and supportive. Products of this company are outstanding. Very creative mindset of the team & Founder. This is definitely a Growing company. Work culture is Good.

As I handle a big portfolio( Purchase & Operations & Stores) in Coffeeza, yes sometimes work pressure is there but its okay as I like to take challenges and move ahead and learn new things.

I have completed 2 years in Coffeeza and I must say it has been a great experience till date. I have seen this company growing flawlessly over the years. The coffee aroma from the production section adds to our zeal every day. I was given space to explore and learn on my own. I am trusted to solely handle the customer base before and after sales. The support and the guidance given by the manager is unmatched. Also, my colleagues have been very supportive and helpful. Coffeeza has made by coffee breaks delightful.

According to me monthly gatherings and festive celebrations should be organized for team building activities but I can understand that due to workload this can be very difficult.
