Very less pay. Who will work in such low pay. For starting career it’s fine fresher can work in low cycle. Else it’s so so low Ctc. And not so good culture . No as such benefits .BPO culture it is I would say. For HRs just start your career if you are capable you will not work in such low ctc.

...r giving good effort for 1 year am got promoted to FTH not permanent employee...thus i was so dissapointed and salary is very low below 15k ..am from kolkata location...work pressure is very high...just data entry work...i worked for 1 year and 8 months my skill improvement was 0 . i have to just copy paste details....and i have to spend 3.5 yrs for becoming permanent ...after becoming permanent i have to spend another 3 years for getting promoted...so total 6.5 yrs i need to waste for getting above 20k....so their is nothing to be liked....but one thing i will say that this company saved me from the pandemic situation,,,it support its employee..no lay off , no salary cut .....only for this thing i spend this long time otherwise i won;t work here more than for 6 month....so if you are fresher and need some pocket money with corporate experince you can try here...but is you want a slod carrer this place is not for you....

...'t care about their tenure employees. Very very bad. Same on you concentrix. If you are giving someone 2 months gross salary that never cover their 2 years which I have given there. Because I never run behind money. I always focus on my career. Your management said me that you are a employee of concentrix company, you should feel proud by working with this company. But after working with this company, I didn't find their is any difference between concentrix or any black listed company. Over all I would like to give this company rating zero. I never forgive this company.

Salary- bit low, Politics- More or less but its everywhere. Teammates- Very co-operative, Trainings- conducted frequently, Job security-100%, Career growth-slow, and steady but an extra mile walk will definitely assist in rapid career growth. Travel - often in sales and Recruitment. Learning-Great, Work environment - safe and friendly, innovation - sustainable,Work-life balance- 95% times -balanced.

Salary & Benefits: The fixed salary is noticeably below industry standards, and the issue of nonpayment for overtime work is concerning. Employees are often forced to work beyond their shifts without adequate compensation. Policies like "Blackout Days," introduced during festivals to restrict leave, exacerbate dissatisfaction. Even taking sick or emergency leave is an ordeal, with managers expecting prior notice for unforeseen circumstances—an unreasonable expectation in any work environment. 3. Promotions/Appraisal: Annual appraisals are more of a myth at Concentrix. Despite being a top performer, I received only a 2% salary increase over two years. The company frequently modifies its policies to limit employee eligibility for appraisals, creating frustration and dissatisfaction among the workforce. 4. Skill Development/Learning: There are no avenues for skill development or professional growth. The demanding work environment leaves no time or opportunity for employees to enhance their skills or broaden their knowledge base. 5. Work Satisfaction: Work satisfaction is minimal, especially for those in operations. Employees are treated more like machines than humans, with frequent and impractical changes to KPIs driven by client demands. This creates a high-pressure environment and leaves employees feeling unvalued and unsupported. 6. Company Culture: The company culture is riddled with bias, especially when it comes to growth and promotions. Favoritism is prevalent, and deserving employees often find themselves overlooked for career advancement. Conclusion: Overall, Concentrix has significant room for improvement in multiple areas, particularly in addressing labor law compliance, employee well-being, and fairness in workplace policies. While the company may have its strengths, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I cannot recommend it to those seeking a balanced and fulfilling work environment.
