A more structured management style would greatly improve team morale and productivity. Sudden Layoff: The company has unfortunately experienced sudden layoffs, which have created a climate of uncertainty and anxiety among employees. This lack of transparency and communications about job security is concerning and affect overall employee trust. #layoffwalicompany HR Behavior: I have had negative experiences with HR department , specifically with [Manoj Bharadava]. His approach can be quite rude and dismissive making it difficult for employee to feel comfortable voicing their concern or seeking report.
