In the name of Retention bonus they will give you an indirect bond. Do not fall on the big CTC. In the name of retention they will ask you to repay the amount while leaving.

Dynamic team, u will learn lot of technology in short duration

Dislikes

You may end up doing a project with 6 months duration to a month duration. There will be lot of task that u will be assigned with. If ur a genius u may tolerate it easily otherwise walkin on knife. Try to get into a client company cuz it is a quick recruit company that is where ur job security increases. Well they will have so called talent team, although they r not talented they will pretend it, u should also pretend it, at the end of the day it is just a corporate

Great place and ambience to start your career, Excellent management and technical training model.

Poor in job security really hard to know when the termination might happen, even though these are specified in clause it has happened solely because of poor resource management and planning. Hope this improves soon

You can learn new technologies, and you can with your fav technologies.

There is no job security, if you are not billing(not working for client) they'll say, you don't have skills and fire you. Even though you are good at specific skills, Talent Management Group will discriminate you and make you feel bad. I felt, it was like a placement company. Moreover, being a fresher you'll be assigned to a client by saying you have 3 years of experience.

Working with Codingmart has been really great. The projects are of diverse domains which leads to great learning & experience.

Dislikes

Working from home makes it difficult to coordinate with teams. Hoping office would resume soon.
