Micro management, poor work ethics, bad salary and appraisal. They don't focus on productivity and don't care about project quality.

No training was provided for Testing, i had to learn all on my own also everybody blames the tester. Most bad part was i was laid off because they said that they didn't require any tester. I lost my job in COVID
